Please mark your calendars for EHS's Annual Meeting on Sunday, October 18 at The Museum of Fife and Drum, 62 North Main Street in Ivoryton, CT, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We will celebrate EHS's achievements during this historic America 250 year and outline projects and events for the year ahead. Join us for an afternoon of light bites, libations, and mingling with friends who share a passion for the history of Centerbrook, Essex, and Ivoryton! All are welcome to attend, whether or not you are a current EHS Member.

A social hour will begin at 3:00 PM featuring hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine, and soft drinks in the pub on the lower level of the Museum. Enjoy reconnecting with fellow donors, volunteers, and past board members while viewing a photos our 2026 events and America 250 celebrations. Fife and Drum Museum volunteers will be on site to answer questions as you explore the main exhibit floor. We suggest a $15 donation for those attending the social hour (Business, Patron, and Potapaug Members receive complimentary admission).

All are invited to attend the free Membership Meeting starting at approximately 4:30 PM. EHS Board President Lou Mazzarese will present the Annual Financial Report and Year in Review. EHS Director Melissa Josefiak will outline upcoming plans and announce the "Eve Potts Volunteer of the Year Award."
